Our love story with plants began long before Calypso Can Company. With over 150 houseplants thriving in our Reno home, our weekends often involve repotting sessions and plant propagation experiments. This passion for greenery naturally extends outdoors, where we're constantly expanding our garden spaces and trying to grow everything from heirloom tomatoes to native pollinator plants.

When we're not tending to our botanical family, we're likely hitting mountain trails with Benny, cooking hearty soups and fresh bread in our kitchen, or cheering on the Celtics. Our vintage trailer has become our second home, taking us to national parks and hidden camping spots where we disconnect from screens and reconnect with nature.

Travel fuels our creativity – we're constantly gathering inspiration from different landscapes, design aesthetics, and cultural approaches to everyday objects. These experiences directly influence our watering can designs, from color palettes inspired by desert sunsets to patterns that echo ocean waves we've encountered on coastal adventures.
